Experienced Product Leader with over 13+ yrs working in the tech industry across the US and the APAC region, specializing in digital design and product strategy for the emerging markets and large scale enterprises.

I’m currently a Director, User Experience on the Oracle in India. In my current role, I’m responsible for driving user experience consulting, managing design teams, and leading transformation projects for Oracle Industry Solutions, with an aim to bring the state-of-the-art, consumer grade user experiences across devices to the sophisticated enterprise scenarios that Oracle enables.

I’ve helped shape creative tools at Oracle, Platform and B2B tools at Microsoft, and various brands. On this journey, I’ve contributed and led as a Designer and Engineer. Prior to this, I was an experience designer for Creative Cloud web. I contributed to products like Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, Brackets, Edge Preview, and Flash. I have worked with Sandeep for Bing Webmaster Tools product. Sandeep demonstrated deep design understanding and is able to adapt to varied user needs. Sandeep is also go to person for any design and UX explorations that needs to be done with short turn around. Sandeep also has taken initiative to connect with industry influencers and users to effectively validate feature hypothesis. Sandeep has led the redevelopment of Bing Webmaster Tools from the forefront. Being the first full time designer for the toolset in a long time he took the challenge head on and delivered on it. Helping brands and products tell their stories is what I’m most excited about. Over the last 10 years, I’ve helped shape creative tools at Adobe, Microsoft, and various brands. On this journey, I’ve contributed and led as a Designer and Engineer.

I’m currently a Senior Design Manager on the Microsoft design team in India. In my current role, I’m responsible for leading a team of product managers focused on Bing Webmaster Tools to help webmasters and offer more helpful insights and simplified workflows to learn and understand the world of Search and SEO.

Prior to this, I was an experience designer for Creative Cloud web. I contributed to products like Adobe XD, Dreamweaver, Brackets, Edge Preview, and Flash.
